Cottage Cheese Protein Smoothie

Serves 2

  • 7 oz. cottage cheese

  • 5.3 oz. frozen raspberries

  • 8 fl oz. unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Divide the smoothie equally between 2 glasses and serve.
