White Bean & Tuna Salad

Serves 2

  • 7 oz. can white navy beans, drained

  • 2x 5 oz. cans tuna in water, drained

  • 1 medium tomato, diced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until evenly combined.

Divide the mixture evenly between 2 bowls and serve.
