Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • 2 cups milk (almond, soy, or coconut work too)
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie/pumpkin spice
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • Ice, as needed

Blend all ingredients on high for at least 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon.
