Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 2 cups milk (almond, soy, or coconut work too)
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp apple pie/pumpkin spice
- Dash of ground ginger
- Ice, as needed
Blend all ingredients on high for at least 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon.
