Daily Review
Each day, review how things went with your health goals. If you took a walk at lunch, remind yourself how smart you were. If you happened to go overboard at lunch but then reined it back in before inhaling a cheesecake – give yourself credit for making sure that any negative behaviors got stopped before they spiraled you out of control. Small accomplishments lead to big results.
