Kiwi Protein Smoothie

Tired of your usual smoothie? Change up your smoothie flavors with kiwi!

Serves 1

  • 6.3 oz. non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced

  • ½ large banana, frozen

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
