How does it work?

This habit-based coaching program will help you truly understand how important your habits are to achieving a healthy body, while showing you the essential nutrition and lifestyle habits your need to put in place and follow through with every day. In this program, there are no calorie-counting or complicated nutrition plans-it's all about making small, yet high-impact, habit changes.

Who is it for?

This program is perfect for beginner and intermediate level people who are interested in improving their healthy habits. We’ll go through the basics, so you can learn them or get a refresher. 

How long does it last?

I recommend that you do each habit challenge for at least 2 weeks. There are a total of 10 habit challenges available in this program, which add up to 20 weeks, if you choose to do all of them.
