In this program, we will look at reversing this process to create a new dieting formula: balance the metabolism > reduce calories > lose weight.

How long does it last?

I recommend  that you follow this program for 4-8 weeks at a time. If you only require a short diet break or increase in calories (or really don’t want to reduce your exercise volume), it is possible for you to just complete phases 3-5 of the program. For all others, I recommend they complete all 5 phases.
