* 2 cups leafy greens: Swiss Chard, Kale, or Spinach
* 2 cups milk (I like almond)
* 1 frozen banana
* 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
* 1 cup frozen mango
* 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
Blend leafy greens and milk. Add banana, pineapple and mango. Blend to desired consistency.
