April is Here!
April is here! We’re grateful for the longer days, and yet, it feels as if we have more to do than ever – cleaning out closets, fixing up the yard, preparing taxes, planning spring break, preparing for holidays, taking advantage of the outdoors and warmer weather – there’s just so much to do and we often don’t feel as if we have enough time. But one thing that we always want to take time for is our health and wellness. That’s why this month on the blog is dedicated to Preparing Healthy and Delicious Meals in Less Time. You’ll find my favorite shortcuts, tips and recipes that should have you in and out of the kitchen in no time – leaving you more time for whatever you love best about spring.
